Barrier-free entry/ Special:
The entrance to the museum is on ground level. You will find a power-assisted door in the glass façade about 5 meters to the right of the main door. There is a disabled-access toilet by the cloakroom in the museum foyer. This door is opened by pressing a button. Mobile seating and two folding wheelchairs can be borrowed free of charge from the cloakroom.

Ticketing/ Entry

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we have implemented adapted health and safety regulations with every venue for our audience.

Tickets can be purchased through ticket sales services, or at the event box office.

A detailed attendance record will be kept for four weeks:  including surname, forename, telephone number and email address, obtained on ticket purchase or online registration.

The obligation to wear a mouth-nose mask throughout the event area is expressly indicated.

The team ensures that the events do not exceed given capacities in cooperation with the venue.

Hygiene regulations

Attendees are requested to use hand hygiene before entering the event area. 

A minimum social distance of 1.5 meters between attendees applies in the event area. 

Guests are expected to wear a mouth-nose mask if they are not sitting in their seat.

Mouth-nose masks are compulsory in the entire toilet area, and the minimum social distance of 1.5 meters applies.

There is no checkroom during the events.

Guests with COVID-19 symptoms—such as fever, cough, sniffles, sore throat or diminished sense of smell or taste—or those who have recently been in contact with infected persons are asked not to come.
