Jeanne-Ange Wagne

Jeanne-Ange Wagne is a Berlin-based creative art historian, knowledge mediator, and event curator who conducts artistic research into memory, colonial provenance research and trend cycles in art, culture, and fashion. As a freelance knowledge mediator, she regularly offers and conceptualizes critical mediation formats and artistic interventions for cultural and art institutions. 

Most recently, Wagne has worked with Goethe Institut Kamerun x Musée National Yaoundé, SAVVY Contemporary, Brücke Museum, KW Institute for Contemporary Art amongst others. Until October 2023, Wagne was also employed by the German branch of the “The Restitution of Knowledge” transnational research project at Technische Universität Berlin’s Department of Art History. There, she co-curated and coordinated the KuK-Tuesdays: Dislocation event series in 2022 and 2023.
