Alex Quicho
Alex Quicho is an artist and writer focused on how technology and narrative reconstitute living, from theories of “inhuman narrative,” to ghosts, gods, and angels in the machine. An Associate Lecturer in Foresight & Speculative Futures at Central Saint Martins and London College of Fashion, she is author of Small Gods, a book on the terror and transcendence of drones published by Zer0 Books in 2021.
Quicho is published in Wired, The White Review, Bookforum, The New Inquiry, Art Review, Real Life, and others; and has produced texts, talks, and films for institutions including Singapore Art Museum, Somerset House in London, Shanghai's Power Station of Art, Julia Stoschek Collection and Nationalgalerie in Berlin, and Vancouver's Rennie Museum. She investigates technologies of "girlification" at girlstack.substack.com.
Alex Quicho is participating in "Salon de Sticks and Stones."
