Respectively born in Amsterdam and Tehran, Laura Welker & Ehsan Morshed Sefat met in the fashion department of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp. They started collaborating on swimwear label Velvetesque after graduation, and moved to Berlin, where Ehsan works as a graphic designer and Laura is a product designer.
